1. Parties

2. Scope of the Agreement
2.1. This agreement governs the terms of personal data processing entrusted by the Controller to the Processor in connection with the use of the Exercio Platform.
2.2. The Processor processes personal data solely on the documented instructions of the Controller.
3. Scope of Data

4. Categories of Data Subjects
- Platform Clients (individuals making bookings)
5. Obligations of the Data Processor
5.1. The Processor undertakes to:
- Process data only on the Controller's instructions
- Ensure data confidentiality
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Promptly notify of breaches
- Cooperate in fulfilling data subject rights
- Delete or return data upon termination of the agreement
6. Sub-processors
The Processor may use sub-processors (hosting, Stripe, analytics, email service providers). The current list of sub-processors is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Term
This agreement is effective for the duration of the Controller's use of the Exercio Platform.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the GDPR and Polish law.
8.2. Any amendments require documentary form.
