Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what content and behavior is permitted and what is prohibited on the Exercio Platform. This document supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on the Platform:

2.1. Illegal Content

  • Infringing on third-party copyrights
  • Containing personal data published without a legal basis
  • Constituting defamation or slander
  • Inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Pornographic in nature
  • Related to illegal activities

2.2. Misleading Content

  • False information about qualifications or authorizations
  • Fake reviews
  • Impersonating other persons or companies
  • Misleading regarding location, prices, or availability

2.3. Harmful Content

  • Spam and unsolicited commercial messages
  • Links to malicious software
  • Phishing and attempts to obtain data fraudulently
  • Content disrupting the operation of the Platform

2.4. Content Inconsistent with the Platform's Nature

  • Unrelated to sports, fitness, dance, and wellness
  • Advertisements for competing platforms
  • Fundraising without the Service Provider's consent

3. Prohibited Behavior

It is prohibited to:

  • Circumvent Platform security
  • Attempt to hack or conduct hacking attacks
  • Scan for vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Automatically collect data (scraping)
  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate reviews (buying, posting fake reviews)
  • Harass other Users
  • Use the Platform to train AI models or mass-harvest data without the Service Provider's consent

4. Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, the Service Provider may:

  1. Remove or block the content
  2. Restrict the visibility of the content
  3. Issue a warning to the User
  4. Temporarily suspend the Account
  5. Delete the Account
  6. Report the violation to law enforcement

Penalties are applied proportionally to the severity of the violation.

5. Reporting Violations

Violations can be reported to: support@exercio.app

The report should include:

  • A description of the violation
  • The location of the content (URL)
  • The reporting person's details
  • A statement of good faith

6. Appeals

An appeal against the Service Provider's decision may be filed within 14 days to: support@exercio.app.
