Enterprise Terms

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms set out the additional conditions for using Enterprise (Company) accounts on the Exercio Platform.
1.2. Enterprise Accounts are intended for businesses operating in the following areas:
- Dance schools
- Gyms and fitness clubs
- MMA clubs and martial arts
- Yoga and pilates studios
- Physiotherapy
- Other forms of sports/recreational activity
1.3. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the Terms of Service.
2. Creating an Enterprise Account
2.1. An Enterprise Account can be created by:
- Direct registration on the Platform
- Submitting an inquiry via the Enterprise Lead form
2.2. An Enterprise Account requires acceptance by the Service Provider.
2.3. The Service Provider may refuse to activate an Enterprise Account, in particular in the event of reasonable doubts regarding the compliance of the business with these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscription
3.1. An Enterprise Account is paid — it requires purchasing a subscription.
3.2. The subscription renews automatically each billing period.
3.3. Subscription prices are available on the Platform. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
3.4. Payments are processed by Stripe. Exercio does not store full payment card data.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
4.1. The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the Panel.
4.2. Cancelling the subscription results in loss of access to Enterprise features at the end of the paid period.
4.3. Exercio does not issue refunds for the unused portion of a subscription, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
5. Managing Instructors
5.1. An Enterprise Company can assign instructors to its profile.
5.2. The instructor must accept the invitation to the Company.
5.3. The Enterprise Company is responsible for instructors assigned to its profile.
6. Company Profile
6.1. The Enterprise Company creates and manages its public profile.
6.2. The Enterprise Company bears sole responsibility for content published in its profile.
6.3. Exercio does not verify data provided in Company profiles.
7. Liability
7.1. The Enterprise Company bears full liability for:
- Services provided by itself and its assigned instructors
- Safety of training sessions/classes
- Settlements with Clients
- Compliance with the law
7.2. Exercio is not liable for the actions of Enterprise Companies or their assigned instructors.
8. Account Suspension and Deletion
8.1. The Service Provider may suspend or delete an Enterprise Account in the event of:
- Violation of the Terms
- Non-payment
- Illegal activity
- Prolonged account inactivity
- At the Company's request
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Changes to these Enterprise Terms are made with 14 days' notice.
9.2. Disputes are governed by Polish law.
