1. Important — Exercio as a Platform

Exercio is a technology platform (marketplace) that enables Clients to find an Instructor and make a Booking. Exercio does not provide training, fitness, dance, or sports services.

Exercio is not a party to the agreement between the Client and the Instructor/Company.

Therefore, all matters related to refunds and cancellation of training sessions are regulated directly between the Client and the Instructor/Company.

2. Cancelling a Session Booking

2.1. Cancellation Rules

The cancellation rules are set by the Instructor or Company in their profile. We recommend reviewing these rules before making a booking.

Typical rules may include:

  • Free cancellation up to X hours before the session
  • Partial refund for cancellation within a shorter period
  • No refund for cancellation on the day of the session
  • No refund in case of no-show

Examples are for informational purposes only.

2.2. How to Cancel a Booking

  • Logged-in Client: Account panel → My bookings → Cancel
  • Guest Client: Cancellation link sent in the confirmation email

2.3. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled sessions are handled by the Instructor/Company, not by Exercio.

3. Cancelling an Enterprise Subscription

3.1. Subscription Cancellation

An Enterprise subscription can be cancelled at any time via the Account panel.

3.2. Effects of Cancellation

  • Access to Enterprise features is maintained until the end of the paid period
  • After the period ends, the account is automatically downgraded to the basic role
  • No refund for the unused portion of the subscription

3.3. Opting Out of Auto-Renewal

The subscription renews automatically. To opt out of renewal, cancel the subscription before the end of the current billing period.

4. Session Complaints

Complaints regarding:

  • Quality of training/classes
  • Inconsistency of the service with the description
  • Session cancellation by the instructor
  • Issues with refunds

should be directed directly to the Instructor or Company.

Exercio does not mediate in disputes between the Client and the Instructor/Company.

5. Technical Complaints

Complaints regarding the technical operation of the Platform (errors, non-functioning features) should be sent to: support@exercio.app.

The Service Provider handles complaints within 14 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

Under the Consumer Rights Act, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the consumer's express prior consent.

In the case of the Exercio Platform:

  • Electronic services (using the Platform) are provided free of charge
  • Instructor Services are provided by third parties
